Emotional Intelligence (3 day Teleclass)
This course is organized around an integral perspective of Emotional Intelligence, using Ken Wilber’s Integral Model. The materials are structured around four quadrants that cover the following aspects of emotional intelligence:
I-Awareness or Self-Awareness
Managing Actions and Behaviors of Self
We-Awareness or group awareness
Managing Actions and Behaviors of the Group
The common thread that runs through these four aspects is the ‘Resilience Factor’ or the ability to be aware, open, flexible and courageous to manage the actions and behaviors of the self and the group.

Creating Presence & Spontaneity (3 day Teleclass)
This class meets Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to cover age old wisdom of creating presence and spontaneity. Together we will create specific action items we can take to lead with a lasting and positive impact. This course is for facilitators at any level or group members that simply want to know more about creating presence so that they can make the groups they are a part of more effective. Being spontaneous eliminates the stress of what should be next and brings the attention to fully being engaged.
