How to create a change in the whole systems?

To help understand whole systems within an organization, it is important to look at an organization as a living organism with infinitely complex patterns. They are created by repetition of a simple process over and over again. Similar to individual habits, organizations have complex habits that show up as unspoken rules, drama, politics and positive values and limiting values.

To create a change in the whole systems, it is imperative to understand that organizational transformation begins with the personal transformation of the leaders. Organizations don’t transform, until individuals transform.
